Since its inception in 2004, quality built, entry level homes, has been the mandate of Ashley McGrath, founder of Glencoe Developments. With considerable personal fortitude and determination along with a little inspiration from Ashley's sister and nephew, construction of the first project in Lloydminster was started in the summer of 2005. Continued growth of the company has seen Glencoe Developments build over 240 condominiums in Llloydminster by the spring of 2008.

A wise man once said "surround yourself with great people and great things will happen". The management team that now makes up Glencoe Developments is one of the proudest accomplishments Ashley has achieved over the inception of his company. "Without the people that make up the company, the ability to provide quality homes would not exist." states Ashley McGrath. The company has expanded into project management work seeing great success in this expanded role.

Ashley also understands that his management team is just the beginning. The outstanding trades that he has been able to secure from across Canada to be a part of the "Glencoe Family" has been outstanding! It is impossible to bring housing to the market without the co-operation and support of the trades.

Glencoe Developments, while ever changing to meet the market, will always have one consistent attribute: the attitude to always look after the customer--before--and after the sale is done, to the best of their ability.
