Our History

Glencoe Developments was founded in 2004 with a vision to craft affordable, high quality entry level homes. The inaugural project was set in motion in the spring of 2005 in Lloydminster, Saskatchewan, and since that time the company has seen continual growth with expansion into the condominium market, developing over 300 properties in Saskatchewan and Alberta.

Working in strong partnership with talented tradespersons from all across Canada, has made Glencoe a solid organization that is ready to meet an ever changing market with a consistent focus on you, the customer.
